Georgia, Macon County - In the name of God Amen. I, THOMAS BRADY, of Macon
County, Georgia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, but of advanced
age and knowing the uncertainty of life, and the certainty of death, deem it
right and proper to make a disposition of the little worldly property with which
a kind Providence has blessed me, while I have strength of body and mind so to
do.
Item 1 - I commit my soul to God who gave it and my body to be buried in a
decent and Christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances in life.
Item 2 - My just debts (if any) to be paid.
Item 3 - Having the utmost confidence in the prudence and good judgment of my
beloved wife, Eliza Brady and believing that she will treat all our children
with equal justice and impartiality, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my
said wife, Eliza Brady, the whole of my estate, real and personal, including
money, bonds, notes, mortgages, chooses in action and evidences of debt of every
kind & description whatever to be used & enjoyed by her as disposed of by will
or otherwise as she in her judgment may think proper. March 27, 1883. Thomas

Signed, sealed, declared & published as the last will and testament of Thomas
Brady in our presence, who have subscribed our names hereto as witnesses at the
request of said testator in his presence and in the presence of each other, this
27th day of March, 1883.
