BEULAH CHURCH PRIVATE

Beulah Church was first located on land donated by Barden Hooks at Snell crossing on Hoghead
Creek. The Church was moved to be more centrally located for it's members to a place near described
as 4 miles southeast of it's original location. The grove of trees remain on county road 304, the graves
have been moved to various cemeteries elsewhere. Reference: The Macon County History page 137.
