BLOUNT-PEAVY CEMETERY (8th Dist., LL 235) about 1 1/2 miles north of Greenville on Hwy. 100.
There are only two markers in this cemetery - one for John Peavy and another for Freeman Blount and his 2 wives (a 4-sided marker). There are at least 3 unmarked graves (marked only with a stone at the head and foot), maybe more. The markers read:
