Georgia, Morgan County In the name of God Amen.  I Constantine Perkins being of sound mind and disposing memory do make ordain and Constitute this my last will and testament  Item 1st. I give my body to the grave untill the morning of the Ressurection and my Soul to the Lord- Item 2nd. I lend to my beloved wife Polly Perkins the plantation where on I now live with the Improvements thereon also the stock of Horses Cattle and Hogs with the Household and Kitchen furniture and four Negroes that is Winny and her three Children with my park of my fathers Estate during her Widowhood and if the monies thru the above property to belong to my son Zeno Perkins unless my wife Should have another child within nine months from the date hereof then the above property to be equally divided between my Children Said When my wife Shall marry and give up Said prop= =erty my will is that she have a horse valued at seventy five dollars with a good saddle and bridle and one feather Bed and furniture and thirty dollars in money.  Item 3rd. and it is my will and desire that Robert Perkins and Henry Lanier be my Executors to this my Will given under my hand and Seal this 15th -day-of-November 1814-
