To the Honorable Court of Ordinary while sitting for County purposes.

The petition of the undersigned humbly pray that Reviewers by appointed to review a Public Road to leave the Dallas and Cartersville Road at the Land Old place and to intersect the Stilesboro and Acworth Road near Kings Old Mill on Pumpkin Vine Creek. And the said Road will run through the land of persons who are willing to have the road to run over their Land. The greater part of the Road is and has been an old Mill Road for years and your petitioners shall forever pray & c
