She Was Not Very Curious, Dallas, Ga, Sept 7.

Mrs. Moody, an old lady living within nine miles of Rockmart, Paulding county, is now at the advanced age of seventy years, and strange to say has never seen a train.

She has been married twice, the first time to Mr. Rose, and a few years ago decided that she wanted to visit some railroad station in order to see “just one railroad engine, “ but unfortunately she became crippled by some means, so much so that she now has to use crutches in order to get about, and consequently has no hopes now of ever accomplishing her long felt desire.

This is very singular indeed, and no doubt she is the oldest person in the state so near a railroad that has never seen one of the greatest inventions of the age.
