Paulding Superior Court Dallas, Ga., January 6 - Paulding superior court convened on Monday last, his honor John W. Maddox, presiding. C.T. Clements, solicitor general. Visiting attorneys present: Colonel W.H. Dabney, Rome, Ga.; Major Joe Blance, Colonel Ivy F. Thompson, Cedartown; Colonel T.A. Williamson, Rockmart; hon. J.J. Northcutt, Acworth; W.C. Hodnett, Villa Rica; Colonel A. L. Bartlett, Brownsville, and members of the Dallas bar. The case of the state vs. W.A. Christian, assault with intent to murder, has consumed the entire time of the court up to this present time. Judge Maddox presides with ease and dignity. |
