Mr. Rufus Bruce Alexander, age 78, of Temple, Georgia, passed away April 7, 2005 at his residence.

He was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator and was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Christine Alexander; a brother, Doug Alexander of Stockbridge, and nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, April 9, 2005 at 2:00 pm from Couch-Garner & Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Edwin Porter officiating.

Interment followed in Union Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Couch-Garner & Cole Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
