Mrs. Lois Barrett, age 72 of Hiram, Georgia passed away on August 2, 2004 at her residence. She was born May 31, 1932 in Atlanta, Georgia the daughter of the late William Conner and the late Lillie Morris Conner. Her occupation was in the healthcare field and she was a Baptist by faith. Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Barber of Hiram and Elaine Ingram of Dallas; a son, Carl Barrett of Hiram; two brothers, Marlon Conner and Richard Conner, both of Atlanta; 4 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Debra Bowman; sons, Ricky Barrett and an infant son; three sisters. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 5, 2004 in the chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Reverends Jo Cochran and Steve Baskin officiating. Interment followed at New Hope Cemetery with Eddie Callahan, Wayne Callahan, Junior Hubbard, Benjie Graham, Scott Rahn, and Kenny Bradford serving as pallbearers. Jeff Carter was Honorary Pallbearer. Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
