Mr. William Chappell died in the asylum at Millegeville last Thursday morning a week and was buried in Dallas cemetery Saturday following with Masonic honors.  Several months since his reason was dethroned and he was placed in the asylum for its restoration; but death came to his relief and he was called home where the troubled mind will be calmed and the reason made clearer then ever before.
