Mr. Olen Franklin Dye, Jr., age 52 of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at Tanner Medical Center. He was born Septem-ber 17, 1952 in Ripley, Tennessee the son of Olen Franklin Dye, Sr. and the late Clara Pauline Redding Dye. He worked in the construction industry as a cabinet installer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Edgar Dye, Sr.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Diane Padgett Dye of Villa Rica; daughter and son-in-law, Traci and Kevin Boynton of Temple; son and daughter-in-law, Timothy Marshall and Lori Dye of Villa Rica; three sisters, Peggy Collins of Carrollton, Joyce Collins of Whitesburg and Hazel Smith of Newnan; mother-in-law, Mrs. Betty Padgett of Douglasville; 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services were held Saturday, May 14, 2005 at 1 p..m. from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Reverends Roger Luke, Steve Willingham and Kevin Boynton officiating. Musical selections were rendered by Larry and Melissa Haney and Mrs. Virginia Boynton with the Victory Tabernacle Choir singers.

Interment followed at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens with Joseph Cochran, Edgar Dye, Jr., Terry Collins, Tony Collins, Jerome Smith, Daniel Smith, Gary Gentry and Keith Long serving as pallbear-ers. Honorary Pallbearer was Ronald Padgett.

Jones-Wynn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
