Miss O. V. Forsyth, age 83, of Hiram, Georgia, passed away August 18, 2004 at WellStar Tranquility Hospice in Austell, Georgia. She was born August 17, 1921 in Paulding County, Georgia, the daughter of the late Elijah and the late Georgia Forsyth. Her occupation was Mill Work and she was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors are her niece, Margaret Elsberry of Hiram. The body was cremated. No service is planned at this time.
