Eddie Foskey Passes Away Aug. 15, 2004

Mr. Eddie Foskey, age 62, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away August 15, 2004 at WellStar Cobb Hospital. He was born August 14, 1942 in Swainsboro, Georgia, son of the late Mack Foskey and the late Lennie Bell Davis Foskey. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He has been a carrier for The Atlanta Journal & Constitution.

Survivors include his wife, Rose Lee Foskey of Marietta; daughter, Savanah Howren of Dallas; sons, James Hill of Lawrenceville and Keith and Lynn Hill of Conover, North Carolina; 2 granddaughters, Rachel Herring and Sarah Herring; step-son, Jeff Sherrill of Macon; sister, Maxine Abney of Macon; brother, Buddy and Nina Foskey of Macon.

A Memorial Service was held at 2:0 p.m., Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at Bethany Christian Church with Ministers Rick Dunn and Gary Turner officiating. The Eulogy was given by his son, Mr. Keith Hill. Music was presented by his daughter, Savanah Howren. The body was cremated.
