Mr. Glen Richard Gates Passes August 19, 2004

Mr. Glen Richard Gates, age 61, of Dallas, passed away Thursday August 19, 2004. He was born on May 28, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Cecil and Iola Gates. HE was retired from Lockheed and was a member of the Hiram Church of Christ. He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.

Surviving are his wife of 33 years, Barbara Ann Gates; daughters and son-in-law; FeliciaDice and Jessica and Aaron Hanson, all of Dallas; a son, Mark Wright of Lomita, CA; a sister and brother-in-law, Maryln and Don Johnson of East Point, Florida; 6 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held Saturday, August 21, 2004 at 11 a.m. from Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Matt Johnson and Bill Hardin officiating.

Interment followed in Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery.

Clark Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
