R.E. Hipps, Marietta, Ga. December 2. R.E. Hipps, aged 62 years, died suddenly at his home here yesterday morning. He was at his place of business till 9 o’clock Saturday night, and was up yesterday morning for a couple of hours. Heart failure is assigned as the cause of his death. He leaves a wife and twelve living children. They are Mrs. B.E. Croker, wife of the ordinary of Paulding county; Mrs. Hay and Miss Minnie Hipps, of Dallas; Mrs. Clontz, of Hiram; Mrs. J. B. Hill, of Macon; Mrs. Coggins, of East Point; Mrs. Maude Foster, of this place; Miss Clara Hipps and two younger ___, who lived with the parents here. The funeral will be conducted tomorrow, and the burial will occur at Hiram tomorrow. |
