| Clyde “Mac” McKinzie Passes Aug. 18, 2004 Mr. Clyde “Mac” McKinzie, age 65 of Dallas, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2004. He was born on May 29, 1939 in Sturgis, MS to the late Buster and Ruby McKinzie. He owned McKinzie Trucking and Grading Company and was retired from the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Sammi McSwain McKenzie; a son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Christie McKinzie of Dallas; a daughter, Tammy McKinzie of Dallas; a brother and sister-in-law Dwayne and Alice McKinzie o Sturgis, MS; a sister Martha Lindsey of Sturgis, MS; grandchildren, Tori, Lexi, and Cody Ryan McKinzie; nieces and nephews. Funeral Services were held Saturday, August 21, 2004 at 3 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Terry Norman officiating. Interment followed at Sweetwater Memorial Park with full military honors. Clark Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
