Mrs. Virginia Hunt Blair, 81, of Cape Coral, Fla., passed away on April 22, 2008. She was born Oct. 2, 1926 in Paulding County, but spent her young life in Polk County, graduating from Rockmart High School in 1946. She moved to Michigan where she reached her retirement as a valued employee of General Motors. In 1982, Mrs. Blair made her home in Cape Coral, Florida where she had resided for the past 26 years.
Family survivors include daughters, Judy Blair Leichty of Snow Flake, Ariz.; a grandson; sisters, Myrtle Hunt of Cedartown and Betty Doyal of Newnan; brothers, George Massey of Newnan, Henry Massey of Stockbridge, and Charles Massey of Alabama.
She was predeceased by parents, Robert Lee Hunt and Lonie Little Paris, two sisters and one brother.
In carrying our her personal wishes, Mrs. Blair was cremated.
