Velma I. Clark Gregory Passes April 2, 2005

Mrs. Velma Inez Clark Gregory, age 87 of Hiram, Georgia died Saturday, April 2 2005. She was born in Fulton County. She was a homemaker and a member of New Life Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Darlene Buckner.

She is survived by her husband, Emanuel W. Gregory of Hiram; her daughters, Elizabeth Jane Hutchens and Donna Diane and George Lanning, all of Hiram, Virginia Bartlett of Jonesboro, Inez Mayoki of Pensacola, Florida and Shirley Bennett of Griffin; her sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Brenda Gregory of Dallas, Edward and Kathy Gregory of Hiram and Claude and Paulette Shadix of Griffin; her sister and brother-in law, Jean and Dean Moore of Fayetteville; 27 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 2 p.m. at New Life Baptist Church with Reverend Ricky Petty officiating.

Interment followed in Paulding Memorial Gardens.

Bellamy Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
