Cedartown, November 16--On last Sunday morning, four or five miles from this place, Frank Battle, colored, died of the effects off poison administered by his wife, about one week previous. The testimony delivered at the coroner's inquest and her confession since, makes a strong case against her. She has been arrested and is now in jail here awaiting trial for the offense.
