  ---(Special) Professor J. C. Harris,, the efficient superintendent of the Cedartown public schools has resigned that position and accepted the same place in the Rome public schools with an increase in salary. He is one of the most prominent educators in Georgia and enjoys a state reputation that few men of his age have in his profession. He is an old Cedartown boy and has rapid rise as a teacher is a source of great gratification to his family and friends here. He assumes his duties in Rome, December 1st.
