I am searching for information on my great grandparents Thomas (b. 1824) and Rebecca Lambert Lawson (b. 1818). In particular, I would like to know where they are buried.
They were living in Polk County (Cedartown) according to the 1870 census. Their son Thomas A. Lawson reared his family in Polk County (Aragon) and his son (my father) Thomas W. Lawson (1893-1970) reared his family in Polk County (Rockmart.) I assume Thomas and Rebecca are buried somewhere in Polk County. Other than my immediate Lawson family who are buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Rockmart, I do not know of burial sites for any other Lawsons in Polk County. I would appreciate any information.
