Mrs. Jas. Akins
A death which is greatly regretted throughout Polk county, was that of Mrs. Jas. Akins, of Rockmart, which occurred last week. Those from this place attending her funeral at Fish Wednesday were Tax Collector and Mrs. C. B. Nettles and Mesdames N. A. Nettles and V. D. Hunt. (Cedartown Standard, Thursday, July 18, 1918)
