Mrs. Mary Jane Calloway
Mrs. Mary Jane Calloway, age 83, of Cedartown, Georgia passed away Friday, June 5, 2009. She was born in Turner County, GA on February 21, 1926, the daughter of the late Rhoda Wood Ingram and John Ingram.
Mrs. Calloway is survived by Husband, James Calloway; Daughter and Son-in-law, Deborah and Demetrio Mexquite; Son and Daughter-in-law, Terry and Maylin Calloway; Son, Terry Joe Watters; Special Grandchildren, Joey Morton, David Goodrich, Kristie Posey, Melanie Pruitt, Amanda Calloway, and Shannon Calloway; and a host of Great-Grandchildren.
Mrs. Calloway is preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Joe Howard Morton; Sons, Joe Howard Morton, Jr. and Keith Calloway; Daughter, Brenda Morton; and Grandson, Daniel Posey.
The funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, June 7th, at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. James Cordell and Rev. Dan Barton officiating. The interment will follow in Polk Memory Gardens. Ramsey Brown, Melvin Holt, David Goodrich, Cory Fain, Demetrio Mexquite, and Matthew Pruitt will serve as Pallbearers.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 6th, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Gammage Funeral Home.
