Larry Mitchel Davidson, 50, of 4304 Stedmond Rd., Tallapoosa, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 25, 1997. Mr. Davidson was born Aug. 10, 1946 in Cleburn County, Ala. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served during the Vietnam Conflict. Survivors include; his mother, Flora Davidson of Tallapoosa; two sisters Evelyn Ward of Cedartown and Marie MceElwee of Jacksonville, Fla.; and three brothers, John Davidson of Cedartown, Ardell Davidson of Kennesaw, and Owen Davidson of Douglasville. Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 28, at 11 a.m., at the chapel of Gaiolla Funeral Home with the Revs. James Guy and John Pennington officiating. Burial followed in Mount Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Brian Davidson, Scott Davidson, Tony Davidson, Jim Davidson, Red Lipham and Keith Ward.
