Mr. Brandon Floyd Deems
Mr. Brandon Floyd Deems, 22, 342 Live Oak Road, Aragon, died Saturday, June 21, 2008.
Mr. Deems was born on September 22, 1985 in Floyd Co., Ga., son of the late Floyd Willis Deems, who preceded him in death on May 19, 2006.
He was employed by C.W. Matthews Contracting as an equipment operator.
His grandparents, Willard and Annie Deems, preceded Mr. Deems in death.
Survivors include his mother, Sheila Ann Morgan Deems Porter of Aragon; a sister, Amanda Deems of Aragon; grandparents, Harper and Nell Morgan of Aragon; great grandmother; Ethel Carpenter of Aragon; and a nephew, Zane Deems of Aragon.
the funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2008 in the Chapel of the Freeman Harris Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Sisson officiating. Interment was in the family lot of Floyd Creek Cemetery.
Pallbearers included Will Elsberry, Corey Baxter, Matt "Duckie" Duke, Chris Brown, Jeffery Busby and Jeremy Campbell.
The Freeman Harris Funeral Home was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
