Mr. Bennie Dyer
Mr. Bennie Dyer, age 70, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 1997. He was born August 9, 1927 in Polk County. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Arthur Dyer and Ida Gallimore Dyer, and wife, Eva Dyer. Survivors include sister, Margie Smith, Gay, GA., brothers, Edmond Dyer, Buchanan, Cute Dyer, Rose Meade, Calif., and Austin Dyer, Adairsville. Funeral services for Mr. Dyer were conducted Friday, December 19, 1997 at 2:00 p.m., from the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Huskins officiating. The interment followed in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends Thursday, December 18, 1997 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Pallbearers were Jacky Dyer, Harvey Dyer, Terry Lee Dyer, Charles Dyer, Robert Ray and Bobby Dyer. Gammage Funeral Home of Cedartown was in charge of the arrangement
