Phillip Dean Easterwood, 39, of 204 Greenbriar Dr., Cedartown, passed away Nov. 4, 2003.
He was born in Panama City, Florida.
Survivors include: father, M.D. Easterwood of Panama City, Florida; mother Helen Davis of Cedartown; and half brother Michael Easterwood of Cedartown.
Funeral services were held Friday, Nov. 7;, at the Chapel of the Litesey Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Vines, officiating. Interment followed in the Antioch Cemetery.
The Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
