Mrs. Flonnie Jane Mobley Estes, 88, of 7539 Hwy. 27 South, Felton, passed away Monday, June 9, 2003. She was born Jan.12, 1915 in Floyd County.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pleasant William and Anna Lee (Ellis) Mobley; brothers, Clarence, Leo, Everett, and Harvey Mobley; sister, Ruby Lee (Mobley) Patterson; and husband, Dan Estes.
Survivors include a daughter, Doris Robbins of Felton; one granddaughter, and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, June 11, at 11
a.m. in the chapel of the Litesey Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Lankford and Rev. James Rosser officiating.
Interment followed in the Jackson Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers were Rodger Hutson,
Ray Lyles, Jr., Willard Mobley, Mark Hanson, Howard Hollingsworth, and Jason Smith.
Lestser C. Litesey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
