Mary Helen Ferguson
Mary Helen Ferguson, 69, of 609 Wimberly Hill Rd., Cedartown, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2003. She was born January 31, 1934, in Polk County. She was preceded in death by: husband, Henry Ferguson Jr.; and parents, John Henry Smith and Jenny Mae Coleman Smith. Survivors include daughters, Darlene Ferguson and Melissa Rayburn; sons, Johnny, Steve, and Larry Ferguson; 11 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Friday, June 6, 2003 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Roberson and Rev. Earl Partain officiating. Interment followed in Northview Cemetery. Pallbearers were James Smith, Seals Smith, Harvis Smith, Roger Mohon, Jessie Smith, and Jarvis Smith. Grandchildren served as honorary pallbearers. Gammage Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
