Mrs. Wilhelmenia Gann
Mrs. Wilhelmenia Williams Gann, 62, of Hwy. 27 South, Carrollton, died Wednesday, August 1, 2007.
Mrs. Gann was born in Polk County on March 7, 1945, the daughter of the late Aubrey Williams and Lizzie Mae Atkins Williams.
She was a homemaker and a member of Youngs Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law; Brad and Kathy Williams of Carrollton four grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirlee and Gene Barber of Cedartown, Bobbie Norris of Cedartown, Edna and Butch Rogers of Rockmart and Patricia Pike of Carrollton; brothers and sister- in-law, Seals Williams of Cedartown and Cliff and Betty Williams of Cedartown.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gann, and one grandson.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Aug. 4 at 2 pm from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Parris officiating. Music was provided by Sharon Jackson and Betty Williams.
Pallbearers were Eric Williams, Jason Rogers, Greg Barber, Todd Norris, Joey Norris, Randy Waits and Eddie Waits.
Interment was in Youngs Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Messages of condolences may be sent to the family at www.almonfuneralhome.com. Almon Funeral Home of Carrollton had charge of the arrangements. (The Cedartown Standard August 7, 2007)
