Mr. William Z. "Bud" Rudeseal
Mr. William Z. "Bud" Rudeseal, age 86, of Cedartown, Ga., passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2009. Mr. Rudeseal was born on June 17, 1922 in Polk County to the late William Alvie & Ethel Wood Rudeseal. He was retired from the Hale Manufacturing Company and was a member of the Young's Grove Baptist Church, but attended the Dugdown Baptist Church. He was a veteran, serving with the United States Army Infantry Division, Company B, during World War II. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his first wife, Mrs. Virginia Lawrence in 1978 & his second wife, Mrs. Nancy Howard in 2006.
He is survived by His Children, William Rudeseal, Jr., Elaine Garmon, Susan Smith, Ronnie Rudeseal and Donald Rudeseal. His Brothers, Hayward Rudeseal, Robert Rudeseal, Jerry Rudeseal and Mike Rudeseal. Eleven Grandchildren, Fifteen Great Grandchildren, Nieces & Nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Rudeseal will be conducted on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Wood and Rev. Frank Parris officating. Interment will follow in the Lee's Chapel Church Cemetery. The family will receive Friends on Friday night, May 15, 2009 from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Litesey Funeral Home. The following Gentlemen will serve as Pallbearers; Eddie Cox, Bob Hooper, Mike Rudeseal, Kenneth Moody, Tony Rudeseal, Billy Rudeseal, Jeff Atkins & Paul Cox.
