Objection has been filed, it is therefore ordered by the court that
permanent letters issue upon  the said Joseph Jernigan, given Bond &
Security for the faithful performance of the  duties assigned him as
Administrator in the sum of one thousand dollars & that Daniel  B Rich,
Martin W Brett & George I Reynolds be taken as his security & that a
warrant  of Appraisement issue to the following citizens vis Mr. Barefield,
Mack Hendleburg,  Martin Polock & Samuel Dean.   Passed

The following report was received from David Lang, Abel Bass, & Reuben Bass
reviewers to  examine & mark out a road leading from Cuthbert to Newton of
Baker County, do hereby  report that a road to cross the West Prongs of the
Perchitter at Alexander Hendreys Mills,  thence directly to Johnsons Ford on
East Perchitter.  Thence directly to the county line  in the direction of
Newton will be a road of public utility & can be fit for use with but
little expense.  Say a bridge crossing East Perchitter 35 or 40 feet in
length.

Came before me, David Lang, Abel Bass & Reuben Bass commissioners appointed
by a order  of the court of Ordinary for surveying a rout eligible as a road
leading from Cuthbert to  Newton, Baker County being duly sworn says that
the above contains a Just & True  Return of their duties as Reviewers.
