Lamar-Blanchard House plantation style house in
Lincolnton. Built in 1823 by Peter Lamar, a prominent founding
citizen of Lincolnton, it is the only surviving representative of
its type in the downtown area. The Lamar-Blanchard House is now the
new Welcome Center for Lincoln County and the office of the Chamber
of Commerce and Development Authority. Located at 112 North
Washington Street in Lincolnton, Georgia.
