James Edward FRANKLIN, 77, died August 26, 2000, in Whitfield County, Rocky Face, GA. Survivors include wife Frances Allen Franklin; sister, Ivy Martin; sister-in-law, Joyce Franklin; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. Funeral services were held August 28, 2000 in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. J. B. Kirby officiating. Interment was in Lindsey Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery. Love Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Ralph Harold Futrell, 76, of Whitfield County, Dalton, GA died May 13, 2001. He was the son of Kenneth and Thelma Carter Futrell and was preceded in death by his parents and brother Kenneth Futrell, all from Boynton Beach, FL and his son-in-law, Waymon A. Cochran. Ralph was a truck driver for Alladin Mills and retired after 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Jean Avanell Wilbanks Futrell; daughter, Sherry Cochran; grandchildren, Chad and Kim Cochran. Memorial services were held May 14, 2001 in the Chapel of the Love Funeral Home with the Rev. C. Dean Taylor officiating. Burial was in the Whitfield Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Love Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
