KCGS collects and publishes genealogical and historical material
related to Kootenai County and Idaho families and their ancestors.
Conducts meetings and conferences for the instruction and interest of members.
Maintains the Genealogy department at the Kootenai County Library in Hayden, Idaho.
Encourages the establishment of genealogical departments in libraries throughout the state.

VOLUNTEERS ARE AVAILABLE at the library every Wednesday from 1:00 to 4:00 PM to
assist with your research needs.
RESEARCHERS ARE AVAILABLE for a fee:

$7.50 plus cost of copying & mailing.
