I stumbled across the Macedonia Cemetery on Carol Yarbrough's website
and wondered if I could add some info for it. Source is Tim Cremeens.
You have a note about Capt. L.W. Cremeens and wonder if he is the son of
Byrd T. Cremeens and you are correct. He is the son of Byrd T. Cremeens
and Sophronia S. White. Byrd and Sophrona were married 20 Nov 1840 in
Cabell Co, VA (now West Virginia).
His full name is Lindsey W. Cremeens. There are many more notes in Tim
Cremeens book on the Cremeens family.
Obituary for Lindsey W. Cremeens reads as follows:
06 Sep 1895 Times - newspaper (McLeansboro, Hamilton Co, IL)
Cremeens, Capt L.W. Died 02 Sep 1895, at home in Belle Rive; former
attorney in McLeansboro.
