The West Franklin Historical and Genealogical museum located in Mulkeytown focuses mainly on the western townships of Goode, Barren, Browning, Tyrone, Six Mile, and Denning in Franklin County IL. They have a collection of materials available for research in these townships including family histories, cemetery records, funeral home records, census, etc. There is a computer with a scanner, a fiche reader, and a copy machine available.
