Joseph W. Cook and wife, Sarah Cook of the town of Carlisle in the County of Lenoke and the State of Arkansas, deeded to Frank Hurlbutt, John Cook, and J. W. Temple as Trustees (or their successors in Trust) a burying ground for the use of the inhabitants of West Truro Township, Knox County, Illinois.

              A certain piece or parcel of land in the North West Corner of the South East one-quarter of Section 6 in Truro Township, Knox County, Illinois containing one acre more or less – the same having been reserved by me, in a former deed, made to Betsey C. Temple as being used as a burying ground, then as it is now.
