Hello, am trying to make
Warren Co, IL, web site a little easier to view. Some of my pages go back to
the beginning of when I first started and really need to be redone. Am in
the process of doing this plus, adding information that has been sent to me
for your pleasure. If you find any broken links or have any trouble be sure
to
email me.
Thanks for your support in
while I make this transition.
My name is Foxie Hagerty and I am your host for
this Warren County, Illinois site at American Genealogy & History Project. I
dedicate it to my Terpening/Armstrong/Wallace/Whitman/Smith's who came and
settled in the beginnings of its formation. How many other people whom I've
had trouble finding have found me. With your help we can make it the best of
the web. Thanks for your support
I thank you and all of our ancestor will
thank you, too.
As of
February 19, 2007, I am beginning work on my own family history book I hope
to have ready for our Terpening/Armstrong Reunion on
September 2, 2007, (Will try and post a few things here on the updates of our
coming Reunion) If you out of an Armstrong who married into the Terpening
Family or out of any Armstrong's who began in Warren County, IL, coming from
Ireland be sure to email me. We have seemed to lost track of the Armstrong
side of the family and I would like to see it come back or know what happened
to them. I can't do this alone I need some help here. Thanks!!!
I will not be able to do anymore look ups for
you. Refer to the Look Up link below for other fellow researchers who may
help you. Plus, will be trying to do some things to put some cemeteries back
in order. We started in the Greenbush Cemetery, last summer LaDawn, Jorden,
Kate, and I and have also found where there are some tombstones that have
been removed we would like to put back. Have the Horney Cemetery to do some
work on to. If you live in the vicinity or can help in anyway, be sure to
email us your support in this matter & how you can help. Thanks!!!
To
One & All inhabitants who contributed data to this website,
I thank you
& Your Ancestors will thank you Too

ATTENTION: PLEASE READ;----- I am not doing anymore research for anyone. I
have few things to get caught up on for people who I had promised earlier on.
But I need to concentrate my efforts on my OWN family and getting them done,
plus, my web pages, which I so much enjoy doing. I want to be and do more
than I have in the past for our ancestors that have came before us their
final resting places if they can still be found. I am only one person and can
only do so much. I started out wanting to do put back some dignity in the way
some of our people today and through the years have paid their homeage to
older & what people call abandoned cemeteries. I want to do more with this &
if that means giving up doing research for others then I have to. As I said
I'm only one person and can only do so much. But I do need your help out
there to accomplish this feat I'm going to tackle this next year. Will need
funds to operate, location of lost abandoned cemeteries, people willing to
help in the area., meaning the local area of where the cemetery is located
at. Anything you think you might be able to help with be sure to let me know.
Am posting this on all my web sites. Thanks for your cooperation in this
matter & maybe we will finally find someone's long lost loved one.
Pulling
Hale Census, search engine won't work with it. Might have to pull a couple
more for search engine to work. Sorry, about this Excell puts in too much
code.

This is not a
public domain site, Thanks for your understanding in this matter. This site is a
collaborated effort of people like you, who contribute data, people like me who
host this site with much sweat going into the makings for someone to steal the
information to use and call their own on their sites. I thank you for being honest in our
quest to find our ancestors as we are all looking for someone, even little ole
me.
Special Thank You goes
out to Kitty Smith, Kathy Mills, Teresa Smith, & Ann Maxwell
for typing up census, cemetery
listings, biographies, getting obituaries for me, plus, the many other things
they have helped me with over the past few years I've had this site online.
Special Thanks to everyone who has contributed data to this site for others
to find you. With your help and many others will be the best Warren Co., IL
site online for finding your Illinois Ancestors who settled in Warren County
even if just for a short time.
Thank you thank thank you!
