      Below is a scanned copy of Marriage License that was issued to my 3rd great Uncle John Thomas Whitman, brother to Huldah Whitman who married William John Thomas Wallace, my 3rd great grandparents. Huldah Whitman Wallace died  There father Christopher Whitman didn't make it to Warren County, IL, in which was his dream in order to build his family farm.  Instead his wife with the help of another gentleman rescued them from and brought them to Warren County, IL, in the Early 1820's.  Where she proceeded to buy a farm, put the farm in the name of her dead husband, she remarried but the farm was 21/2 miles south of what we now call Cameron.  I would of put one here of William John Thomas and Huldah Whitman Wallace but there is no longer available at the courthouse.

If you are related to any of these people I would love to hear from you, Thanks bunches... Have a wonderful day. Foxie  Also, here is a direct descendant of John Thomas And Mary Shelton Whitman----click here to see .....

Sing-a-long====

Take a different view.  When I'm on my knees when every things gotten me best.  You can raise me up and you can ask anyone else around.  One man's lost is another gain.  There are miles of half way ups and half way downs.

someone else will take the fall.  That's just the way you are.  some candles always burn even when the night is long. one thing won't burn eternally when you find someone else who lights up your candle once again you can burn one once again for me.  That's just the way I am.  So go on and call yourself some time anyone can see won't be crying over you and you never were that kind.  that's just the way are some candles always even when the night is long. But the strongest for the flame won't burn eternally when you find another friend who lights your candle again you can burn one down for me.....

Michael Row the boat a shore Micahael row the boat a shore.  He's got the whole world in his hands.  He's got the world in his hands the whole world in his hands he's got the whole world in his hands he's got the wind and the rain in his hands.  He's the tiny little babies in his hands he's the whole world in his hands.
