SE 1/4 of SW 1/4, Section 22, ABANDONED.  This cemetery is very difficult to find.  It is back in the middle of a field with a wooded area just to the south.  Located on 104 just east of Liberty about one mile, then to the north in the field about a block.  Only one stone remains, and it is not known if at one time there had been more.

SW 1/4 Section 16, Liberty Twp.  Located off County Road 900N east of Liberty.  Go for about 1/2/ mile.  This cemetery is in a wooded area about one block off main road.  Cemetery is in very poor condition.  At one time could have been 50 stones.  Many are native.  Some broken by livestock.  ABANDONED.

SE 1/4 Section 25. Take Hwy 104 East of Liberty and continue on County Road 800N for about 2 miles, turn south or right on County Road 2450E, about 1/2 mile on the left side of the road these stones can be found.  ABANDONED.

NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 Section 28.  About 1/2 mile east of Liberty on Hwy 104, the first farm house on the right side of the road is where one stops.  Consent must be obtained to visit this cemetery.  It lies to the east and south of the house in the middle of a field in a clump of trees.  It is not maintained. ABANDONED.  There are a few shaped stones that had no inscriptions and also native stones marking graves.

SE 1/4 Section 26.  This cemetery may be found by taking Hwy 104 east out of Liberty.  Continue east on County Road 800N for one mile, turn right onto County Road 2350E.  It will be about one mile on the left side of the road.  There were native stones marking graves.  It is quite a large area and has not been taken care of and the fence has been trampled down.  It appears that many stones have been removed.  ABANDONED.

Middle of Section 17.  Cemetery is back off a road, but fenced in and well-kept.  Shrubs are trimmed.  Canvassed Oct 1975 by Great River Genealogy Society.

East of Liberty on Hwy 104, about 1 1/2 miles, turn left onto County Road 2250E.  About 1/2 mile north you will see a lane to the right, turn and about one block this little cemetery will be found.  It is enclosed in an iron fence and maintained.  Canvassed Oct 1975 by Great River Genealogy Society.

SE 1/4 Section 14.  This cemetery was fast disappearing in April 1974 when it was canvassed.  Most of the stones were down and sadly overgrown.  It is on County Road 1503N about one mile West of County Road 2453E on the north side of the road. 

 No assurance can be given that all stones were found.

NW 1/4 Section 33, located 50 feet East of the old Possum Point School.  It is less than 1/2 mile off the Columbus blacktop on County Road 1400 N to the East.

NW 1/4 Section 30, Single Stone

SW 1/4 Section 32.  There is only one stone enclosed by a fence.  It is along the Kellerville black-top on the north side of the road (County Road 1200 N.)  It sits down in a ravine.

SW 1/4 Section 27.  Located West a a little North of Kellerville (County Road 2903E), past the Amen Cemetery and the road leading Left will take you past two houses.  The second house with the barn hehind and to the right will be the location.  This cemetery was found in a small wooded area behind a barn, the stones were leaning up against a tree.  Canvassed Sept 1974.

NE 1/4 Section 22.  Follow County Road 2873E for about 3 1/2 miles, it will angle west on 800N, turn onto 2753E for about 1/2 mile and there will be a lone type road turning to the left.  The cemetery is a very short distance on this lane. Maintained, Canvassed Apr 1975.

NW 1/4 Section 35  Located off the road and rather difficult to find   East of County Road 2873E on 700N, on the south side of the road  It is not maintained, but a fence surrounds it. It was canvassed Oct 1975

SE 1/4 Section 27. This cemetery is located on a hill behind an old barn and a hog lot.  It is in very poor condition.  At one time was quite a large cemetery with possibly as many as 100 burials.  Many stones marking graves. The fences have been torn down and no longer protect the cemetery. Canvassed Nov 1975 by Great River Genealogy Society. ABANDONED/ ENDANGERED.

Located in the Siloam Springs State Park. Canvassed Sept 1974.

NW 1/4 Section 20. This cemetery is well kept.  Take County Road 800N out of Liberty and continue on till you reach 2600E, Turn left and it will be on the left side of the road.  Canvassed Nov 1975.

    SE 1/4 Section 2.  This was once a fairly large cemetery which is rapidly being destroyed.  Take Hwy 104 east of Quincy to Five Points, continue east on Kellerville Black-top, County Rolad 1200N to a point  where you would intersect on County Road 2975E, turn right for about a mile.  In the middle of a field, on the right side of the road will be a couple of large stones, which is all that remains of this once large cemetery.  ABANDONED, DESTROYED.

NW 1/4 Section 5-Canvassed Nov 1975--there were supposed to be two stones, but only one could be found.  It was foun in a field along a fence.

SE 1/4, Section 17, Located southeast of Kingston, County Road 2533E, about one mile and turn left (east) on County Road 300N, at end of this road the stones may be found.  Canvassed Mary 1975

SW 1/4 Section 1.  ABANDONED & NOT MAINTAINED.  Last known burial that people can remember was in 1906, Newborn Infant of John Sparks.  No stone was placed to mark the infant's grave.  There are many slabs of concrete and native stones, but no markings left to identify if they are burials.

Midway east line NW 1/4, Section 36-- cemetery was destroyed by bulldozing before present owners moved there.  There were broken stones scattered about, as they remember, mostly of children.....only name they can remember for sure was SARAH HOLT.
