Kerton Cemetery, Kerton Twp., Fulton Co., Ill. Section 19--A Cemetery named Kerton being the  burial place of John Kerton & his wife Nancy. located along Kerton Creek, a short distance West of State Route 100. Kerton Twp., was named for this Pioneer settler who came here in 1835. He is listed in the 1840-1860 census for Fulton Co. There was a free colored female under ten years of age. It is known there was a cemetery here with Kerton burials but no trace remains. The following listings are for record only.

Linebaugh Cemetery, Kerton Twp., Section 19 is located on property that belonged to A. R. Linebaugh at one time. It is necessary to walk through a field and back into the woods. Permission must be granted to visit this cemetery. Recorded in 1974 by Mrs. Lyle Smith, Mrs. Irvina Mahan, & Mr. & Mrs. Seth Leeds.

Seehorn Cemetery, Section 5 Kerton Twp., Fulton Co., Ill

Seehorn Cemetery is located on the bluff one mile south of Enion and turn right on black top county road #10. Cemetery is on the property of Marshall M. Mummert. Cannot be seen from the highway, one must climb a steep hill and follow a fence line to the cemetery. Permission must be obtained to visit this cemetery. Recorded in 1974 by Mrs. Lyle Smith, Mrs. Irvina Mahan, & Mr. & Mrs. Seth Leeds.
