In actuality these are out of Mr. Hynes office but only certain ones pertain to what we are interested in... so am putting them here... Thanks! Took me awhile but got them.. Found out today, October 2, 2006, The controller's office is basically for licensing of Cemeteries. They do not do the things I was led to believe and most of the laws following are for existing cemeteries and ones they have a listing of the license in their office. All the below acts pertain to Cemeteries that in use today. From Dawn Cobb, from the office of Human Skeletal Remains Protection Act Coordinator, Illinois Historic Preservation Agency Below
this of what Dawn is speaking about are the links to this Human
Skeletal Remains Protection Act.
I think I found it & removed it we shall see. How do these people do these things????
Attention Newspaper Researchers If you happen upon any news articles about a cemetery or cemeteries in Illinois, we would very much appreciate your sharing the information with us.
