H. Fash Taken by Death.Lifelong
Resident dies Aged 79.
Thomas Henry Fash, 79 years old, resident of
Peoria all his life, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth
Ingersoll, 1900 Seventh Ave. at 12:45 o'clock yesterday afternoon.
The son of Henry and Lavina Miller Fash, he
was born in Peoria, July 23, 1865. He married Anna M. Schafer in
Tazewell County. December 05, 1889. she died here December 26, 1933. Mr.
Fash had been a carpenter for 35 years, retiring two years ago.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth
A. Ingersoll and Mrs. Laura Wolf, both of Peoria; one sister, Mrs. Addie
L. Rooksby of Chicago, IL; one grandson Robert J. Willis of Peoria, and
one great granddaughter Betty Louis Willis of Peoria. One son, Charles
H. Fash died March 19, 1927. and a daughter, Eddie Myrtle Fash died in
infancy.
Funeral rites will be conducted by Rev. O. L.
Mullet at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Wilton Mortuary. Interment
will be in the Fash cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 4
p. m. tomorrow. |
