BUNDREN DARNELL According to the State of Illinois Archives, Bundren served as a PRIVATE, Company R 5th Mounted Volunteers [Cavalry] His home was in McLean County He served under Captain Robert McClure "Muster Roll of Capt. Robert McClure's Company of Mounted Volunteers belonging to the 5th Regiment commanded by Col. James Jonson of the Brigade of Mounted Volunteers of Illinois Militia commanded by Brigadier General Whiteside, mustered out of service of the United States at the Mouth of the FOX RIVER, State of Illinois on the 27th day of May 1832 at a distance of 130 miles from the place of enrollment Name Rank Enrolled Place Robert McClure ................
