George A. Byers, son of J. W. Byers
and Hester Byers, was born near Elon,
Ind., June 7, 1878. Fell asleep in
the arms of Jesus Jan. 6, 1915.
Age 36 years and 7 months. Called his companion to his bedside, told her he was
ready to go and was going to a beautiful home. He was prepared to meet his
Redeemer, and we can only live to meet him where we meet to part no more.
He leaves a wife, two children, an
aged father, three sisters, five brothers and a host of relatives to mourn his
departure.
