New Albany Daily Ledger 19 Apr 1864 p 2 c 4: Died, of Scarlet Fever, on the 18th inst., at the residence of A. S. Rager, Sr., Frank M. Rager, step-son of Capt. Charlie Powers, and only son of Ella D. Powers, aged 23 months, 1 week and five days.
