This indenture Witnesseth that Washington F. Frederick and Anna Frederick, of Galena, Floyd cty. in the state of Indiana, convey and warrant to John M. Loesch and his heirs and assign forever of Galena, Floyd cty in the state of Indiana, for the sum of four hundred Dollars, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the following described Real Estate in Galena, Floyd cty., in the state of Indiana, to wit: Known and described as Lot #48 (forty eight) on Main street in the Town of Galena, and Lot #49 (forty nine) and 6 (six) on Floyd Street in said town of Galena wit the appreciation above with the appurtances. In Witness Whereof the said Washington F. Frederick and Anna Frederick, have hereunto set their hands and seals, this 8th day of Sep. A.D. 1875.
