Thomas, Ky.; Assigned to Company I, Coast Artillery Corps. Transferred to Ft. Dupont, Del.; later transferred to 152nd Ambulance Company, Camp Shelby, Miss., where he was killed during a cyclone, April 17, 1918. Buried in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Marion, Ind.
