Entered service December 5, 1917, Fort Wayne, Ind. Sent to Camp Johnston, Fla.; assigned to Supply Company Quartermaster Corps. Transferred to 434th Supply Train. Died May 22, 1918 as the result of a motor truck accident, Camp Johnston, Fla. Buried in Jefferson Cemetery, Grant County.
